    It can ensure automatic constant temperature at a long-term specified temperature to prevent dust and moisture condensation, dust accumulation, and obstruction of smooth flow. The method adopts heating of the outer wall of the ash hopper to supplement the temperature difference of the outer wall of the ash hopper to achieve the purpose of dehumidification and smooth flow.

 

   The traditional electric heating wire plate heater does not have the function of automatically adjusting the heating temperature, and completely relies on the temperature control meter to control the heating temperature. When the temperature control meter fails, it is prone to overheating and overheating.

 

   When the temperature drop needs compensation, the temperature compensation speed is slower. Its typical shortcomings are short service life, high energy consumption, and high maintenance costs.

 

   The self-limiting temperature dust hopper plate electric heater uses a new generation of ceramic materials with excellent electric heating characteristics as the heating element. When the voltage is applied to the ceramic heating body to increase the temperature, the resistivity of the ceramic heating element in the cold state is very low. The electric heater heats up quickly when the current is large;

 

   When the temperature reaches the set switching temperature, the resistivity of the ceramic heating element increases sharply, causing the current to drop to a stable value. At this time, the power consumption is all diffused into the ash hopper wall, achieving the purpose of automatic constant temperature and energy saving.

4. Heating evenly

Each ash hopper is equipped with several sets of automatic constant temperature electric heater units, which are evenly distributed on the outer wall of the ash hopper. The total power is 5-20KW/bucket. The power supply method is a three-phase four-wire system to ensure three-phase electrical balance.

5. Strong voltage adaptability

Due to the volt-ampere characteristics of this material, the ceramic heating element can still maintain a constant temperature when the power supply voltage fluctuates within a certain range (25%), which is a feature that ordinary heating wire materials do not have.
