The ZC-DJR-G heater combines high-quality aluminum alloy and silicon rubber through a special process, and uses imported electric heating wire inside, which not only has fast heat dissipation, small size, but also has the advantages of moisture resistance and insulation. 1. The  heating element of the product adopts nickel-chromium alloy wire and heating block, which has high thermal efficiency and long service life.

2. The  double insulation of moisture-proof silicon rubber and alkali-free glass fiber makes the heater insulation performance more reliable.

3. The  aluminum plate assists in heat dissipation, which improves the thermal efficiency of the heater and prolongs its service life.

3. Technical requirements

1.  Silicone rubber heater adopts 1.5mm thick aluminum plate (electroplating black paint) aluminum plate and silicon rubber electric heating plate are molded into one body.

2. The  heating element is a nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire with neat arrangement and rectification, which has fast and uniform heating, and the service life is not less than 3 years.

3. The  lead wire of the silicone rubber heater is a silicone rubber sheathed wire with a length of 2.5 meters (temperature switch can be embedded)
